With excellent access from Haneda Airport, the gateway to Japan, you can reach the hotel in as little as 15 minutes by shuttle bus or by train and on foot. The free shuttle bus service makes it perfect for travelers using early morning or late-night flights, those staying during transit, or business travelers. There are also many convenience stores and restaurants nearby, so you will have no trouble finding food or shopping during your stay.
The design concept of the hotel is "TOKYO ECLECTIC." The theme is a creative space where you can see the past of Tokyo within the future of Tokyo, incorporating the manufacturing culture of Ota Ward and the history of the Haneda area into the design. Even within the modern atmosphere, you can feel the local character, and you can enjoy your stay in a space where the new and old charms of Tokyo are harmoniously blended.
Actually Stayed! Guest Rooms with Both Comfort and Design
All 363 guest rooms are divided into two categories: the modern and comfortable "Superior" and the elegant and spacious "Privilege." Each category offers both twin and king rooms, so you can choose according to your travel style and needs. All rooms are unified in calm tones, providing a comfortable space that combines functionality and design.
The rooms the editor stayed in this time were two types: the "Privilege Twin" and the "Privilege King." These rooms feature a stylish interior inspired by travel and offer a unique residential feel that sets them apart.
For added security, you cannot use the elevator to access the guest room floors without scanning your room key. This provided a sense of safety, even for solo travelers or women staying alone.
The first thing you notice upon entering the room is the unexpectedly spacious and open atmosphere. There is plenty of space to open your suitcase without feeling cramped. Natural light pours in through the large windows, and together with the calm-toned interior, you can enjoy a relaxing time that makes you forget you are near the airport.
From the room on the 11th floor where I stayed, I could see a wide expanse of sky, as there are few tall buildings in the area. The view differs depending on the direction of the room, but some rooms offer views of Tokyo Tower or Tokyo Skytree. The beautiful night scenery left a strong impression.
The room is also equipped with a large sofa-style chair and a desk, providing enough space to enjoy room service or work remotely on your laptop.
The room also comes with a large TV, a spacious closet, and a luggage rack for suitcases, making it comfortable even for travelers with a lot of baggage. The facilities are convenient for both extended stays and business trips.
For sleepwear, a two-piece pajama set is provided, so there is no need to bring your own. Even after a long journey, I was able to relax and sleep comfortably.
The amenities include all the essentials such as a toothbrush and hairbrush, but facial cleanser, makeup remover, and lotion are not provided. To suit your skin type and preferences, it is best to bring your own skincare products that you usually use.
In addition, the amenities and bottled water in the guest rooms use environmentally friendly materials. The hotel's efforts to reduce plastic usage reflect its overall commitment to sustainability.
A Luxurious Dinner Featuring Local Ingredients
On the first floor of the hotel, there is an all-day dining restaurant and bar where the future and past of Tokyo blend with the comfort of Mercure. Here, you can enjoy creative dishes full of Tokyo flair from breakfast through dinner.
For dinner, I dined at the hotel’s all-day dining Restaurant & Bar “Brasserie s'envoler.”
The restaurant offers both à la carte options and set courses. This time, I tried the “Japanese Black Wagyu Sirloin Steak Course” and the “Japanese Chicken Steak Course.”
The most impressive dish was the main beef steak. It was cooked slowly over gentle heat, and when I cut into it, I was amazed by how tender it was. The texture was so soft it practically melted in my mouth.
The chicken course was also hearty, with a well-balanced lineup from appetizers to dessert.
The dishes actively use ingredients sourced within about 20 kilometers of the hotel. The salad made with fresh vegetables was crisp and refreshing, and the menu, which incorporates seasonal ingredients, changes with each season. One of the charms is that you can enjoy different flavors every time you visit.
The steak course is 12,000 yen and the chicken course is 5,000 yen. I felt that the value for money was excellent for what was offered.
For drinks, I ordered the staff-recommended “JASMINE APPLE FIZZ.” It was an easy-to-drink cocktail with the elegant aroma of jasmine and the refreshing sweetness of apple, pairing perfectly with the meal. I was also impressed by a wine that even an editor who rarely drinks red wine found easy to enjoy. The lineup is extensive, allowing you to choose drinks that match your meal.
In addition, vegan and halal menu options are available, showing consideration for diverse food cultures and dietary restrictions. This is a unique feature of a hotel that welcomes many international travelers.
A breakfast buffet with a wide variety that makes you look forward to the morning

When you tell your room number at reception, you receive a “meal card,” which you place on your table with the “dining” side facing up while you dine.
The buffet features mainly Japanese and Western dishes, with a diverse selection to suit a wide range of tastes. It is especially recommended for those who love hotel breakfasts.
One of the most memorable features was the make-your-own rice ball station. You can choose your favorite fillings and make freshly shaped onigiri right there, which was a uniquely Japanese experience. There are also hot spring eggs available, so you can prepare tamago kake gohan just the way you like it. This is a great way for travelers from overseas to easily enjoy Japanese food culture.
For yogurt, not only the regular type but also low-fat yogurt and soy milk yogurt are available. For milk, you can choose from regular, low-fat, or soy milk. Gluten-free bread is also offered, making the lineup considerate of health-conscious guests as well as those with allergies or religious dietary restrictions.
The breakfast venue is Restaurant & Bar “Brasserie s'envoler” on the first floor of the hotel. Breakfast is served from 6:00 to 9:30, and the price is 3,300 yen per person. Non-staying guests are also welcome.
