After all has been prepared, i set off from the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) at 09.00AM local time by All Nippon Airways (ANA), it was my first experience to get a chance boarded of the Japanese aircraft. Its very comfortable in terms of services and facilities were perfectly well, as the crew members were very helpful and friendly, in line with the slogan Inspiration of Japan.

While on board, i also had an opportunity to taste a Japanese food, i was wondering how does it taste like at first, the food looks attractive from the structure of its color, yes it was appetizing and delicious. The dishes been served with rice and simmered mackerel, miso sauce, soba noodles, fruits, and a side dish of creamy yoghurt. Besides that, the seat which equipped together with a large sized monitor where i can enjoy my meal while watching movies or listening some cool audio songs and other programs, i spent most of the time on board watching of my favourite movies, definitely.

Safely arrived at Narita International Airport
After all the checking point is completed, i moved to the area of arrival gate to meet and greet session with Fun! Japan team members, as been informed in my itinerary via email by the communication team. After a few minutes of searching, i have finally met with a lady holding a sign of my name where she been introduced herself on behalf the representative of the team. She has been providing me some sort of informations about the airport surrounding and transportations system in Tokyo and also providing me an Airport Limousine tickets to my place in Shinjuku.

We had met and chat a few minutes before i depart from the Narita International Airport to Shinjuku Washington Hotel where my accomodations was provided by Fun! Japan. The trip took in approximately 2 hours time to the destination and yes, it was a long journey. The ride was began at 17.30PM but it’s already getting dark, i felt strange as in my homeland when it was still light, it’s a natural miracle. At the moment, the weather was very cold, this is necessarily also a new experience for me that from different conditions in my origin country. As a result, my skin becomes dry and my nose getting runny due by the extreme cold.
Along the way, i was fascinated by the beauty panorama such as a buildings which decorated with beautiful lightings and display. Seems people are still rushed back even more after the end of working hours. The buildings are arranged, a clean environment and its certainly busy with vehicles on the road as cities in other countries.
Almost 2 hours of journey, i safely arrived at my hotel which is located in the town of Shinjuku. I was amazed, the buildings such very huge, tall as well as the design and its strategic location in the heart city of Tokyo. After a few minutes reviewing the area, i walked to the information counter that is located in the lobby area to make a room registration. I was warmly greeted by the hotel staff, the were very helpful and friendly kind person. The lobby area such neat and well organized when the time situation it was a little busy with other guests around the hall, so i have to queue up to wait my turn then.
After completing the registration, i have been placed a standard single room on the 4th floor, what a surprised that room was gorgeous. I reviewed the room, all the facilities are well equipped and comfortable with a single bed 140cm in size, bathroom and bidet type toilet with warm water, telephones with the multi-language voicemail, television set, free high-speed internet local area network connection, refrigerator, shoehorn, smartphone outlet plug of charger, iron, free Wi-Fi including the amenities facility such a shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toothbrush, bath towel, face towel, cotton swab, hair dryer, night wear, electric jug, slippers, hair brush, shower cap, laundry bag, air freshener for clothes, humidification air cleaner, electric kettle as well instant green tea drinks.

The long journey caused me to feel tired but after cleaning myself, i took the opportunity to take a walk alone around in Shinjuku’s town which is nearby from my place. A beautiful moment comes once in a lifetime, i was looking forward to look closer at the city’s atmosphere, and its absolutely thrilled and fantastic. Even in the cold weather but i didn’t felt at all because i was been fascinated surrounded with great buildings, exciting light flashes all around in town and the crowd flocked in along the way. After nearly an hour of journey, i went back to the hotel to get some rest. The first day was really a good start and everything on track as a planned. I felt joy and excitement and for sure i can’t wait for the next day of my adventure.
