Most parts of Japan are now in the rainy season. I personally don’t like the rain, hoping to get it over it soon and get nice and hot summer! When it is hot outside, I crave for rich and tasty ice cream. But it is hard for me to decide which flavor to choose, and when it comes to toppings, I am very picky. I visited Kobe the other week, and happened to find this ice cream shop to make my dreams come true. Well, in fact, to every girl's and kid’s dream come true.

It is called Kobe Dessert Factory.

This place let you decorate your own ice cream with only 500 JPN. First, you choose flavors from what they have fresh that day. You don’t have to eliminate your flavor to one, but you can choose as many flavors as you want. Also they let you serve as much as you want. How exciting is this! I chose green tea and sweet potato ice cream.

There are so many different options of toppings from candies, fruits, nuts, and all kinds of goodies. And you can get as many as you want. It is too good to be true!

Here is the ice cream I created with sweet beans, mochi, fruits, and strawberry sauce. It was fun to show each other how we all decorated our own ice cream with my friends. Experience to personalize your own ice cream!
