【Osaka】Just looking at the "Capybara Onsen" will soothe your mind! It's being held for a limited time at Harvest Hill.

Capybara

At the experiential agricultural park "Sakai Green Museum Harvest Hill" located in Minami-ku, Sakai City, Osaka Prefecture, a winter-limited "Capybara Onsen" is being held until February 25, 2024 (Sunday). You can see the capybaras up close as they lie down and doze off in the warm bath.

Capybara

Capybaras, which naturally inhabit warm watersides, are not good with cold. For these capybaras, the park has created a bath in the petting area. The temperature of the bath is adjusted to 39-40℃ depending on the temperature of the day. Sometimes, yuzu fruits given by customers and staff are floated in the bath.

On cold days, they may stay in the bath for 1-2 hours, but on warm days, they may not enter at all. Whether they enter the bath or not depends on the mood of the capybaras.
