A modern style sushi that’s an absolutely substantialicious and satisfying meal.
The point of great taste is the grilled part. If you do not have a burner, put salmon in a fry pan heated with a small amount of oil, and grill the fish only the surface. Or, you can stab parallel to each other two skewers and heat up only the surface over an open flame. 

Ingredients

  • Laver: 1 sheet

  • Sushi rice: 250 gr
  • White sesame: 1 tbsp
  • Salmon: 200 gr
  • Lettuce: 1 leaf
  • Avocado: half of one
  • Rolled eggs: 30 gr
  • Cream cheese: 30 gr
  • Sushi rice: 250 gr
  • Mayonnaise: suitable amount

Toppings

Flying fish roe, Sprout, Shiso – beefsteak plant (you can also rearrange with your favorite ingredients and colours)

How to make

  1. Mix white sesame with sushi rice.
  2. Cut the salmon in a piece of 40 gr and another of 160 gr.
  3. Place laver on the wrap and spread all over sushi rice.
  4. Put the lettuce, avocado, cream cheese, the piece of salmon of 40 gr, rolled eggs and firmly roll up the wrap.
  5. Place the remaining salmon on another wrap and spread sushi rice.
  6. Roll this one together with the sushi roll of point (4).
  7. Fire the surface of the salmon until it begins to brown.
  8. Cut it and put on mayonnaise or any of your favorite topping.
