The Ritz Carlton Kyoto is providing a unique experience for you. You can dress up in Kimono, and then have nice Italian lunch at a historical artistic building called Ebisu-Gawa-Tei (夷川邸). Wearing Kimono and enjoying western food, is like a special trip back to the Meiji Era as an elite in upper class. A gorgeous Italian luncheon and dessert, professional Kimono dress-up by Kyoto-Gion-Ya(京都祇園や) and hair arrangement are included in this package.
After enjoying the nice view of Japanese-style garden while having the delicious Italian food, you can walk around in Kimono. If you walk along the Kamo-gawa(鴨川) river side, you can also enjoy tourist attractions like temples, old-style shops, café etc.
