About NAKED GARDEN ONE KYOTO
An art project by the creative company NAKED, INC. to deliver a new experience of Kyoto in both reality and virtual in Kyoto City, Uji City, etc. Beginning in 2022, it was held in 21 locations, including the World Heritage Nijo Castle and Heian Jingu Shrine, for a period of about three months from September. All events attracted and mobilized about 300,000 people in total.
About NAKED GARDEN ONE KYOTO 2023
The theme this time is "Entertainment". Since it is a place that welcomes people from all over the world, it started with the lighting of JR Kyoto Station, the gateway to Kyoto. After that, it is a line-up of events and projects where you can experience the unique charm of summer in Kyoto, such as the summer festival where you can enjoy spectacular projection mapping fireworks at World Heritage Site Nijo Castle, the clear stream of "Nara no Ogawa" at World Heritage site Kamigamo Shrine (official name: Kamo Wakeikazuchi Shrine), and the green leaves of Kotozaka at Koshoji Temple in Uji.
