Time-Saving Recipe Series ~ Easy Microwave Recipe! Healthy Tofu Hamburger

Mix and heat in the microwave. That’s it. You can make tofu hamburger in a short time. Can't resist the thick melting cheese! 

Ingredients

  • Minced chicken meat 150g
  • Fine textured tofu 150g
  • Bouillon 1 teaspoon
  • Ketchup 1 tablespoon
  • Oyster sauce 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil 1 teaspoon
  • Salt and pepper Little
  • Cheese for pizza As you like
  • Egg 1

Preparation

Wrap the tofu with kitchen paper to get rid of the water

How to make

  1. Add in the cut tofu, minced meat, bouillon, ketchup, oyster sauce, olive oil, salt and pepper into a plastic bag and blend well.
  2. Put the ingredients into a heat-resistant dish, then top with cheese
  3. Add in an egg in the middle, use a toothpick to make a hole
  4. Wrap the dish and heat in microwave (8 minutes, 600W)

★ To avoid the egg from bursting, remember to make small holes with toothpick, etc. before heating in microwave
