The Best of Japan: Made in Japan National Refrigerator & Freezer


“Made in Japan” is the most trustable tag for purchasing technology products. I have 1980s National No Frost BIG NR-436 TE: Made in Japan refrigerator & freezer which were imported by my grandfather. It has some features that have really impressed me. Such as it has independent storage compartmentalization due to which temperature of each compartment can be adjusted separately. Japanese refrigerators & freezers have made continuous improvements in the energy efficiency as compared to any other international brand. Its cooling system works well anywhere in the world, and I must say it is only possible with “Made in Japan”.


Why “Made in Japan”?

Japan, in my country, is famous for its unique, reliable, and durable technology products. In my country, made in Japan products are more trusted for use than any other country’s made brands. People take the ‘Made in Japan’ products as best in quality, and long-lasting. That is the reason, people seek for ‘Made in Japan’ products and are willing to pay higher price as compared to any of other local or multinational brands.

Goods things about Japan that are frequently found in my country are Japan made cars, and home appliances. Japanese automobiles, and home appliance products has a greater number of customers in my country. any type of Japanese products are always preferred over any local or other multinational brands, and people here in my country love to buy and use “Made in Japan” products.

Desirable Japanese Refrigerators & Freezers

The central piece of equipment in most kitchens is the refrigerator & freezer. Japanese refrigerator & freezer market is riven among a very narrow number of manufacturers. National, Toshiba, and Hitachi, share about 60% of the market likewise. Japanese refrigerators & freezers are commonly found at most of the homes in my country, because people have blind trust on “Made in Japan” tag. Japanese made refrigerators & freezers are just like that anywhere else: two doors, with the refrigerator portion in the bottom, and the freezer portion at the top, although this is infrequently overturned.

The refrigerator area of this National NR-436 TE has temperature setting range of 03 to 05 degrees Celsius. The interior temperature of the freezer is around -18 to -20 Celsius.


Reduced Energy Consumptions by Made in Japan

Another thing that really impressed me about Japan made National refrigerators & freezers is the improvements in the energy consumption per liter. The Japanese have made much larger and more nonstop perfections in the energy efficiency as compared to any other international brand since 1972. For instance, National has reduced its energy consumption per liter by 79% in between 1971 and 1981. Furthermore, from 1981 to 1984, National reduced its energy consumption per liter 40% as compared to 1981 usage.

One last thing that I’m really pleased about the National NR-436 TE refrigerator & freezer is its cooling system. This refrigerator & freezer were generally designed by keeping in mind the cold climate of Japan. But, even in the warm environment of my country, this refrigerator & freezer have enormous cooling results which are really amazing for me and I could say this can only be found in “Made in Japan”.
