Standing at 2.4 meters tall, 1.5 meters wide, and 1.4 meters deep, this vibrant red gacha machine is packed with capsules just waiting to be won. Located inside Shibuya Fukuras, the same building as Tokyu Plaza Shibuya, "shibuya-san" is a multilingual tourist information center offering support in English, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, and more. Conveniently situated right in front of the limousine bus stop for Narita and Haneda Airports, it's the perfect first stop for travelers coming into the city. Paid luggage storage is also available, allowing visitors to explore the area comfortably without carrying heavy bags – ideal before departure or upon arrival. Additional services include Wi-Fi rental (for a fee) and access to a cozy relaxation space, where you can purchase a soft drink to enjoy while mapping out your Shibuya plans.
