Shiny Shinjuku Southern Terrace

Hi, Navio here.

Cold weather, bright lights on trees, say hello to autumn.
I do not really like cold weather, but hey, the illumination show is really something I can enjoy through the cold night.

It was last week when some of my friends and I wandered around Shinjuku to look for a good present for a friend's birthday.

We went to look for the present in the Takashimaya Square, Shinjuku.
At Tokyu Hands to be exact. They sure had everything there.
By the time we got in the building, it was around 3 in the afternoon.
The sky was clear, sun was shining.
We finished shopping in 2.5 hours, and left the building around 17:30, the sky was already dark by that time.

Wow, time sure flies faster in a cold weather..
Just like the day gets longer in summer.
Autumn and winter is the exact opposite of it.

We crossed the bridge to go to the Shinjuku Station, when suddenly the trees around us started to shine.
The illuminations show just started!
Cold weather means nothing compared to the epic view of illuminations here.

Have you seen any illumination show yet?

I highly recommend this place! Right across the South Exit of Shinjuku Station, just follow the big clock of NTT :)
