The “Toro-toro” Egg Japanese Cuisines

Siah is here again to share you some food discoveries and also help you learn some expressions that can be described the dishes today! 

Today, I would like to share with you some Toro-toro unique Japanese dishes made from eggs!! First of all, what is Toro-toro? Toro-toro actually describes the liquidy and sticky form of something. And I perhaps Toro-toro is perhaps the best expression to describe egg dishes !! 
I think consuming eggs is quite a common practise in the world. So let’s discover what are the unique Japanese dishes made from eggs together.

The Omuraisu (means omelette rice in Japanese) . Notice the perfect combination of the “ Toro-toro” egg and the beef beside! Japanese dishes mostly emphasises harmony and balance overall.

The Oyakodon :  Oyako means “parent and child” in Japanese. And the Oyakodon usually refers to this dish, a Donburi with chicken and eggs on top. ( Quiz: Are there other Oyako Japanese dishes that you are able to think off?)
