Experience the traditional old buildings in Okayama prefecture, the island of Itsukushima as well as the Hiroshima Peace Memorial in Hiroshima Prefecture, you can even try some of Hiroshima Prefecture's famous Okonomiyaki! See the famous Kintai Bridge and try some puffer fish in Yamaguchi Prefecture... in this campaign we are offering you a once in a lifetime trip to these 3 prefectures!

[1] How can I join this campaign?

Step 1: First of all you need to register on the FUN! JAPAN site and become a member! If you already have an account, skip to step 2!

Step 2: Write what kind of experiences and adventures you would have if you won this campaign in the comments section of this post! Things such as "Why I like Okayama Prefecture, Hiroshima Prefecture, and Yamaguchi Prefecture" or "Why I want to visit these prefectures!", you could even talk about some of your favorite spots you have visited in the past in these prefectures! Anything is fine!

Step 3: Simply click the "JOIN NOW" button at the bottom of this post, answer a simple questionnaire and you're done! 

It really is that simple! It costs you 1,000 points per entry, and you can enter as many times as you want so get collecting those points!

[2] What will you get if you win?

• Return airplane tickets from Malaysia to Japan
• Accommodation within Japan for 3 nights and 4 days
• Travel Expenses for within Japan

※ The FUN! JAPAN Team will be exploring alongside you.
※ Travel in your own country, food within Japan, entrance fees, experience fees, purchases, flight insurance etc. will not be paid by FUN! JAPAN.

[4] When is the flight?

• Departure on the 25th of February (Tuesday) 2020
• Return on the 28th of February (Friday) 2020

[5] Who can join this campaign?

Anyone! As long as you have met the criteria by creating a FUN! JAPAN account, answering the questionnaire and agreed to the policy.

[6] When is the campaign period?

The campaign period is from the 16th of December (Monday) 2019, until the 13th of January (Monday) 2020.

How do we know if we have won?

On around the 13th of January 2020, we will send an email to the mail address you have registered to your FUN! JAPAN account. To protect the information of our users, the full name of the winner will NOT be posted on this page, we ask for your understanding in this matter.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

With regards to participants

• "FUN! JAPAN Visit Japan" campaign is open to public.
• Participants should be people who love Japan and wish to visit!
• Participants must be over the age of 20.
• Participants must complete all requirements listed above.
• Previous winners of a FUN! JAPAN travel campaign cannot compete in this campaign.

With regards to the winner

• This campaign's winner will be 1 person from Malaysia.
• You are not able to transfer the prize to a third party.
• You can not bring anyone with you for this trip.
  
• You will be performing this trip with other winners from different places around the world.
• FUN! JAPAN will prepare and pay for the trip from your country to Japan as well as 3 nights and 4 days worth of accommodation in the selected prefectures.
• All fees for things such as food, entrance, experiences, shopping, travel insurance, WiFi, extension of stay, and any other item or thing that is excluded from the above campaign will not be covered by FUN! JAPAN. Furthermore, the money you use within your country prior to coming to Japan for things such as travel, food, insurance, shopping etc will not be covered by FUN! JAPAN.
• Please join this campaign ONLY if you will be able to have travel accident insurance.
• Only people who are able to stay in Japan from the 25th of February 2020 to the 28th of February 2020 will be able to win this campaign. (Depending on the airport you may have to arrive a day earlier / later)
• You will be required to follow the prearranged schedule by FUN! JAPAN during the trip.
  
• You will be required to make at least 1 post per day about the trips you are having in Japan through something such as Facebook or Instagram.
• You must agree to this social media account being public.
• Furthermore, after you have returned home, we will ask you to write a short 1000 word article about your experiences in Japan as well as send pictures. this will be introduced on the FUN! JAPAN website.
• By agreeing to come on this trip, you agree that all photos that will be taken with and of you can be used freely by FUN! JAPAN without copyright.
• Not all photo's taken will be listed on the FUN! JAPAN site, please understand this beforehand.
• When picking the winner for this campaign, we will prioritize users who are interacting with our posts on this site as well as the FUN! JAPAN Facebook account.
• We will not provide compensation for any natural disasters, weather problems, violence/war that may interfere with the schedule or cancellation of the plane. 
• We take no responsibility for theft, food poisoning, accidents and other things that may occur during the trip.
  

Contacting the winner

• FUN! JAPAN will contact you via the email address you registered with your account.
• If the winner does not reply to the email within the given time-frame, the prize shall be deemed void.
• After contact with the winner has been made, they will be asked to provide a copy of their passport and personal information for use in booking the flight as well as booking hotels etc.

• The collection, use and release of personal information for candidates and/or winners of the current campaign will strictly follow the companies privacy policy.
