Hi everyone, Navio here!
In today’s article, I am going to share with you guys about this cool tourism spot located in Kyoto (Kansai Area),

Inside the temple area called 清水寺 (Kiyomizudera).
The spot itself is called Otowa Waterfall.
I went there last year with some friends of mine. 10/10 would love to recommend this spot.
You have to visit it when you go to Kyoto.

What make this waterfall so special?
As you can see from the photo, there are many people waiting in line to get to the water.
Why are they lining up?
Can you take a guess?

Okay, time is up.
The Otowa Waterfall stream is divided into 3 different streams.
It is said that each stream has different benefit,
1. Longevity / health
2. Good performance at school (good marks, passing an exam, etc.)
3. A fortunate love life.
You can use the wooden ladle to collect and then drink the water.
But! But!
One thing that you should be careful.
It is also said that drinking from all 3 streams is not good.
Make sure you line up quietly with the other visitors and make up your mind, you don’t want to keep people behind waiting, right.
From which stream will you drink and why?
