Nagasaki consists of 971 islands. Hence, the city is full of majestic ocean straits that bring a touch of nature to the scenery. The reflection of the city lights on these straits make the atmosphere even better.

Nagasaki is one of the first ports to open international trade, and it is known for its exotic decors as well. Take these Chinese torches that light up the streets for instance. Some have compared the city to Hong Kong, but with less danger and more refined taste to it.
