At Tokyo Station, close to Shinkansen (bullet train) Nihombashi exit, there is a Tourist Information Center. It would be easy to check out this place for example when coming from the Narita airport to Tokyo Station!
The center is not that big, but it has maps and travel guides also in English and other languages. In addition to travel guides about Tokyo, also guides about for instance Yokohama and Kanagawa are available.
You can also sit down to read the guides, thinking about where to go next.
