Have you ever broke something important?
I just did.
Broke my watch's belt last week.

And the worst part is, I could not repair it by myself.
The pin got lost.
When I got back from my part time job, it was already 8 at night.
Have you ever experienced something like this before?
I do not know any shop that can repair clock easily, so I wandered around Shinjuku.
Gladly, the Yodobashi Camera located in West Exit Area of Shinjuku is open until late night, so I decided to make a visit into the "Wrist Watch" building.
Yes, Yodobashi Camera's buildings in West Exit Area of Shinjuku are separated into many buildings, specifically, by the items or service they provide.
There are Hobby and Game building, Wrist Watch building, Smartphone Accessories building, and others.
Because Shinjuku is one of the spot where many tourists from many countries gather, some of the staffs are able to speak in English.
Just ask them for the thing that you look for and they will gladly show you the way.
So I got into the building and asked the staff whether I can get my watch repaired or not.
They told me to go downstairs, the B2 Floor.

A old man greeted me and asked if there anything he could help.
I showed him my broken watch and told him that the belt was broken.
He smiled and told me, "ahh, I see the problem, it will be ¥270.
Is it okay?"

“Yes, please”, I replied.
He then gave me a small paper, with a number 5 written on it.
He also told me to wait, because it will take about 5 or 10 minutes.
Wow, only 5 or 10 minutes.
That’s fast!

In no mean time, he called my number, and returned my watch, all good!
I paid the ¥270 and passed him my member card.
I got 27 points for repairing my watch.

Here is the bill.
Repairing broken watch that only took ¥270!
I really recommend this service.
