Greetings to all Fun Japan members!
I'm Kitty, winner for free trip to Japan campaign campaign 4 to Hokkaido from Malaysia ^^. I'm so grateful to given this precious opportunity to visit my dream place ever!Thanks to Fun Japan Malaysia again for this awesome trip.
So due to My flight to Hokkaido was 7am,I went to airport quite early, roughly at 3am. So that I can enjoy my breakfast at premier lounge before flight.
I had a warm porridge and a cup of chocolate milk as my breakfast ^^
Just for your information, there is no direct flight for ANA from KUL, Malaysia to Hokkaido. So I need to transit at Tokyo (Narita Airport).
Do you know, All Nippon Airlines (ANA), is the 5th in the world's top 10 airlines in 2016. I'm so lucky to have chance to experience it.I had window seat as requested earlier. And there is blanket, small pillow and headphones for you during the flight.
The meals provided in ANA flight was awesome. I love the omelete mushroom cheese and cold soba the most! Yum~ yum ^^
During the flight, u can have any drinks you want. I had some juices and red wines too! Kanpai!!
I watched new launched movie in Japan, Gozzila. And play some flight games. I enjoyed my 7 hours flight^^
I reach Tokyo at 3pm local time. After collecting my luggage and pass through immigration, I had 2 hours free times before my next flight to Hokkaido.
I'm still fully,so I decided not to take my lunch and have window shopping in airport. Narita Tokyo Airport is the biggest airport in Japan. Here is my most favorite shop, hello kitty shop!!! Going to crazy to see all my favorites here!!!!!
Damn kawaii right?!!
And I'm so surprised to meet my Idol, Hello kitty! This is the sweet moment when Kitty meets Hello Kitty ^^. My loneliness travel alone from Malaysia to Japan fade off after a warm hug from Hello kitty. Oh my kitty!
I touched down New Chitose Airport at 8pm local time. And I was in shocked when I been informed that my luggage was damaged.
Here my luggage condition.
Luckily I immediately given 2 choices after I made a complaint at ANA counter. Either Cash money or new luggage. I choose to have new luggage and procedure just took roughly 15 minutes. Speedy and good services by ANA. Thumbs up to ANA!
Here my new luggage. Good quality and is in piano black. Love it! I'm so lucky to have new luggage. Hehe
After that, I took Jr train from New Chitose airport to Sapporo station. The distance between my hotel and Jr station is only 5 minutes, but I get lost. (I'm quite weak in recognizing direction) Luckily one pair of couple ages 40-50 give me a hand. Japannese people really very friendly and helpful. They can't speak well in English, but they still try hard to help me. They actually don't know the way to my hotel too, but they ask the direction for me in a convenient shop and bring me to the hotel. It's a very cold night, but my heart melting by the warmness of Hokkaido local people.

I reached Cross hotel at almost 10pm .
I was totally exhausted until I skipped my dinner and went to bed after taking a good bath. Renata, the winner from Indonesia and me supposed to meet up tonight for supper . But I 'm too tired, so we decided to meet tomorrow morning at restaurant, to have breakfast together.
Here my first day of Hokkaido trip. I will introduce more regarding this cross hotel in next part. Stay tune ya ^^
