When you think about what kind of food you want to eat while you are in Japan, I am sure most of people would say Sushi, Tempura, Ramen or etc.
But did you know that we have a lot of good bakeries as well?
It is not that we only eat rice, miso soup, and fish every single day. In fact, I am in love with breads and pastries.
I found this “CENTRE the Bakery” store located in Ginza, and I’ve never seen anything like it.

The popular restaurant and bakery, called “Viron”, is behind this shop and it is specialized in toasts.
They serve toast from 10 in the morning till 5 in the evening.
It is supposed to be a luxurious toast bread bakery and cafe by day and an authentic French bistro by night.
You can purchase a loaf of bread to go for around 800 yen, but I would recommend to eat in if you have time which enables you to order their toast bread sets on the side.
They let you try 3 different types of toasts, 3 different types of butters, and 6 different types of jams. What a treat!
The most fun part is that you get to choose your own fancy toaster from their multiple collection and test toast yourself.

The set comes with a cup of milk or iced tea that goes great with toast!
Needless to say, not only toasts but butters and jams tasted delicious.
It was a fun and unique experience so try it out for yourself.
