Bibimbap, Kimchi, and so many others.
Here in Japan, we have a Korean Town in an area called Shinokubo. (新大久保)
As you can see on the left and the right side of the streets, most of the shops are Korean themed.
K-Pop merchandise, Korean beauty and skin care, Korean Supermarket, and of course, Korean Restaurant!
Speaking of Korean restaurants, have you guys ever eaten a Bibimbap before?
Never heard of it?
It is a kind of Korean food where you put many cooked ingredients in one bowl with hot rice, and mix them using your spoon.
By ingredients, I mean you can really mix everything you like.
Carrots, cucumbers, meats, eggplants, beansprouts, hot chili sauce, etc.

I have a really good recommendation for you.
The restaurant is located in Shinokubo, called 味ちゃん (Macchan).
I saw this restaurant being reviewed by artists in a gourmet channel on local television, and they got a good review, so I decided to make a visit.
The restaurant is quite nice, and most of the staff working here are Korean.
If you can speak Korean or Japanese, you can communicate with them easily.
As mentioned before, the main attraction of this restaurant is Bibimbap.
All You Can Eat Bibimbap for only¥500!
How cheap is that!
But please take note, that the All You Can Eat Menu is only available during lunch time (around 12).
The restaurant provides 10 types of ingredients you can mix into your original Bibimbap, you can take as many as you want.
More so, by paying an extra ¥100, you can get the special service of a Bibimbap in a hot stone plate, which makes it even more delicious!
I tried it, and it was amazing!
Visiting Japan doesn't always mean that you can only enjoy Japanese food.
