Japanese people love to take baths.
There are many public bath houses in town that everyone can use.
Almost every single house has their own bath tab.
There are many items that can be used in the bath, such as blood type bath salts and cool bath salts.
Because we take a bath on a daily basis, we like to think of a way to make the bath time more relaxing, soothing, and a little fun.
I found this cute little bath salt that will make my bath time a little more enjoyable.
Presenting, SUMO bath salts!
In an actual SUMO match, sumo wrestlers throw salt in the air before the match.
It is because salt has been believed to have purifying powers.
They prepare for their match and purify the ring.
Also pray for their safety, and the salt is good as disinfectant for their scratches.
And guess what?
They actually use the same Japanese salt they use in sumo for this bath salt!
Each package has different effects.
The black one with yuzu aroma is to moisturize, the red one is to warm you up with ginger and honey aroma, and the white one with mint and lemon aroma is to make you relax.
All of them sound attractive!
They recommend to set your bath temperature around 40℃.
To soak in the bath that is close to your body temperature for about 20 to 30 mins will really warm you up to the bones.
It is important to drink some water after bathing, because you will sweat like a sumo wrestler!
