Grab A Popular Roll to Eat In Omotesando

Harajuku and Omotesando are popular area for shopping. The place is always packed with trendy shopaholics. It is a neighborhood that many girls like to walk around and enjoy window shopping on weekends, and also another attraction of all is to grab something to munch on.
Number of snacks became popular around here including crepes, popcorns and pancakes.

Luke’s lobster is a recent trendy store in Omotesando.

It is a food stand specialized in lobster rolls from New York City that opened its branch at Omotesando in April, 2015.
It has been almost a year since they chose Omotesando to start their new business in Japan,  you can tell the restaurant successfully joined one of the Tokyo’s trendy snack by the long lines of people waiting to taste delicious rolls.

There will be a much longer line in front of it on weekends, but I was able to avoid that since it was a middle of a weekday.

Depending on its size, for 980yen, you can get a “Japanese size” lobster roll which is regular size, or more bigger size called “U.S. size” for 1580yen.
The price is reasonable while an expensive food it's own, but I was very satisfied with its size and the price.

The bread was lightly toasted, fluffy but partly crunchy.
Not like sashimi we eat here in Japan commonly, the lobster was well cooked and seasoned tastefully. I enjoyed how they cut lobster meat into chunks instead of slices, and the meat filling almost overfilled the roles.

There are more different kinds of seafood rolls on their menu, such as crab rolls, shrimp rolls, and more.
You can also add a bag of chips and a drink to your rolls.
Perhaps I would like to go back here and grab a roll to go when I go shopping around here next time now that Luke’s lobster is added to one of my munchy list.
