How are you guys?
It is me, Navio again.
So, on Monday night, a typhoon called Vongfong struck the Kanto Area.
But there’s some preparation to do before a great typhoon like this, right?
One of them is to fill your stomach with delicious food! I mean, you can go outside during the typhoon, but who would take that risk?
And by delicious food, I mean Indonesian food!!
So, around 6 in the evening, some of my friends and I went to this famous Indonesian Halal Restaurant called Cabe.
Even though I have been in Japan for 1.5 year, this is my first time to visit Cabe.
Cabe is not the type of restaurant that can be easily spotted from far away because it's located inside a building, second floor to be exact.
But, Cabe is definitely bigger than Bali Campur, the Indonesian Restaurant in Koenji.
The restaurant is located in Meguro, about a 10 minute walk from the station.
I cannot say that the restaurant is close to the station, but the delicious food is definitely worth the walk.
As you get inside the building and climb to the second floor, you can see a small orange plate with the name "cabe" written on top of it.
If you’re not sure if you’re at the right place, I hope that our country's national flag, merah putih, will make you sure that you are there.
Get inside, and you will find yourself inside a big room with many tables decorated beautifully with Indonesian traditional ornaments.
Oh, and I heard from a friend that the owner is Japanese.
