Lots of Thai people know about the Kyushu region as a famous location for wisteria in Japan, but in fact there is also one close to Tokyo.
It is the Ashikaga Flower Park in Tochigi Prefecture.
The highlight here is the giant tunnel made from wisteria.

Wisteria are normally thought of as being light purple, but there are also other colors, such as a light pink, resembling cherry blossom, and white and green too.
Even if you miss seeing the wisteria in April to May, there are other flowers to see here too all the year round.

The entrance fee is different depending on the time of year, but it costs around 900 to 1700 yen for adults and 500 to 800 yen for children.
It takes around 70 minutes to access it from Tokyo, to see a dream world of flowers.
