Japanese KitKat are really famous, aren’t they?
They come in many flavours and each of them are unique.
Good news for you KitKat lovers, there’s a restaurant chain in Japan that sells a new creation of KitKat called the KitKat Sandwich.
At the City Convenience Restaurant, First Kitchen’s KitKat Sandwich became a trending topic on the internet recently.
The Telegraph, The Huffington Post, TIME and so many other famous websites are talking about this “sandwich”.
Lucky me, I live in Japan and don’t want to waste my chance on it.
So I went to the nearest First Kitchen and ordered the “sandwich”.
Oh, I found the poster outside!
The websites were right, there is a new sandwich made with KitKat.
世界初 (Sekai Hatsu) = First in the world.
From what I could see from the poster, it’s some kind of KitKat bars with cream, being held with a white bun.
The packaging of the KitKat also looks so elegant, with “KitKat for Café being written on it.
Can’t wait to take a bite!
So here’s what I ordered:
A KitKat Sandwich → ￥220
A Peach Yogurt with Tapioka Pearls → ￥400

Total → ￥620
The sandwich is not that big.
A size that I can finish in 3-4 bites and surely my mouth isn’t that big!
Here’s how the sandwich looks like...kinda close with what the one in the poster.
A KitKat bar with cream being hold with buns, and there are also some kind of small cuts of dry fruits inside the cream which also tastes really good.
Is it super sweet or what?
I love sweets and this one is perfect.
Might be better if you eat it with something hot like hot coffee, hot chocolate or something like that, or maybe try to dip it in?
