Today, I’ve come to the SC Maglev and Railway Park in Nagoya!!
There are all kinds of shinkansen and train cars on display here that were operated in Japan long ago.
Since I love trains more than anything, I was thrilled to be able to see nostalgic shinkansen and trains up close, and even get to touch them!! (smiley mark)
There are many other railway-related exhibits on display here too, but of everything I was most surprised at the giant railway diorama!
It’s been precisely built down to the smallest details, not just in the shinkansen themselves but also in the landscape, buildings, and even people. Look, here’s a video of it!
You can feel just like you’re riding a shinkansen on a magnificent trip across Japan!

This is a video taken with the diorama, riding the shinkansen from Tokyo and traveling to Nagoya.
The night views of Tokyo and the shinkansen stations look so realistic!
Even the other parts of the scenery, like zoos and people harvesting tea, have been made to look amazingly real too!
