The prevalence of Honesty in Japan – Unmanned grocery shops!
In the countryside or across some road you can find some shop without anyone and you’ll have just to put some money in a box.
The same system exists in many Japan offices.

While in other countries all over the world you might have snacks in automatic vending machine in office, in Japan you can find box like this one called office Glico.

All the snacks, gums and candies are at 100 yen, so you just have to put a coin in the frog mouth on the top, then open a drawer and take what you want to eat.

There’s no lock system on the drawers, so anyone can open them anytime and no one thinks about taking something without putting money inside.
Is the menu to make orders every month.

What do you think about this system?
