On today's article, I am going to introduce you to this awesome futsal ground, located on a rooftop, 8th floor of Bikkuro (A Combination of Bic Camera and Uniqlo), located in Shinjuku.

Yep.
Hard to believe right?
But don't worry, you do not have to run all the way down to take your ball if you kick it too hard.
They placed a safe net above the ground to prevent that to happen :))

Sounds so exclusive, right? Same here.
The first time I heard about this place, all I could think of, are those rooftop golf grounds, the one that usually show up in a Hollywood movie.
Back to the futsal ground in Shinjuku.
The place is called Ginza de Futsal, Bikkuro Shinjuku Stadium, located on the main street of Shinjuku 3-Chome.
The closest train stations are :
1. Shinjuku Station (East Exit), 1 min walking.
2. Shinjuku San Chome Station, less than 1 min walking.
To reach the ground, make sure you use the elevator in the first floor of Bikkuro, the west side one.
Many tourists visit Bikkuro to do souvenir shopping, so yeah, most of Bikkuro's staffs are able to understand English.
Ask for a guidance from them.
Because the elevator on the other side, the east side, won't take you there.
In a crowded big city like Tokyo, it's hard to find a ground to play futsal with your friends.
I also surprised when my friend taught me about this place, I mean, it's Shinjuku!
I know there are some futsal grounds near Yoyogi Park, but you have to take train all the way to Harajuku, then walk to the Yoyogi Park.
But this one, is located in Shinjuku, so my friends and I can easily go here after school.

The ground is open from 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM.
You have to make a reservation because there are only 4 grounds in total, and people usually want to use the main pitch.
And you have to become a member first,
students will get special discount! :)
Kinda expensive, I have to admit.
But yeah, we have limited ground here in Tokyo, but even though the ground is located in a strategic location, this one got a fair price.
They don't limit the number of people who can enter the ground, so yeah, more people play means more people will share the hourly rent.
Keep a good playing member's shift (for example, 1 match is 15 minutes, member change every half time)
