Halo this is Hachi. This time I want to introduce the oldest Ramen restaurant in the city of Yogyakarta, which has been opened since year April 2007, namely Sapporo Ramen.
First from the front of the restaurant and the inside of the room showed to simplicity with additional television and fan without any attribute Japan like Japanese song or a poster that have Japanese unique but we can saw a menu with a lot of variation dish ramen in the wall.
If you see the list menu, Sapporo ramen serve Ramen that some of them you will see some variaty ramen that not have in other ramen restaurant like Hiyashi Ramen (Cold Ramen), and other unique ramen. Sapporo ramen serve another dish to besides ramen to like other Japanese dishes such as rice menu package Katsudon or Teriyaki with additional salad + soup and also provides a menu of Indonesian cuisine such as fried rice (Nasi goreng) and fried noodles (Mie goreng) for those who are not familiar with Japanese cuisine. Very Nice restaurant that consider the costumer.
This time I came to this restaurant accompanied by my friend who is interested to try the oldest ramen restaurant in Yogyakarta. After looking at the list menu that that look delicious, we start to ordered, First my friend is order Tempura ramen and for me is Hiyashi ramen because of the current of air in the city of Yogyakarta is quite hot so I tried to order ramen I've never tried before that statement referred as a cold ramen. on the drinks menu, the restaurant also provides Japanese beverage name Sencha, Sencha also divided into two flavors : fresh or bitter flavor and sweetness for those not familiar with bitter taste.
A few minutes after the drinks came, finally ramen that our order has come. Starting from Tempura ramen that my friend order, from the look is like shiyo ramen but the different is there are so many various vegetable fried topping as additional in one plate that full fried topping to that has been served separately. wow! that so many tempura. next is my ramen, Hiyashi ramen. the first look for this cold ramen is very unusual for me because I've seen a so many ice rock on my ramen. the taste is refreshing and delicious, the cold noodle and sweet-sour cold soup with mild vegetable, meat, and omelet as the topping make my body keep cooling that make me forget about the Hot Air.Unusual or unique ramen but when both of it taste delicious and satisfied.
The Portion Sapporo ramen noodles portion ramen really filling. Ramen noodles are served with a large bowl with abundant sauce and the noodle is softer and larger. It is no doubt, you definitely full after eating ramen noodles and the soup.from the ramen that we taste, i can tell that the Taste seemed no doubt because it's been years preparing the ramen noodles. Sapporo ramen noodle ramen was good and delicious (according from other paper article in the wall to). Specifically, the seasoning is not much but it gives a sense of fresh but for those of you who like a strong flavor and sauce is thick, need to add soy sauce, salt or chili sauce.
