After finished dinner at MOS Cafe and search unique item at DAISO, my friend and I decided to walk around to the first floor, Papaya Fresh Galery. Well, your first step at this store like, you enter a convinient or grocery store in Japan! So many Japanese food and ingredient products here. I was so excited and started search “Very Japanese Food Product”.

Looking for variant of nori/seaweed? You’re in the right place. I found so many variant and sizes of nori here. There were nori with a big size, ready to use nori for sushi and onigiri, long line nori, and even little piece nori! It’s so hard to choose, so you must have a plan what size of nori you need before buy it.

Papaya Fresh Galery is a store with numerous of Japanese noodles product. There are soba noodles, ramen, udon, and ready to eat noodles. I felt so hungry that time, although I just finished my dinner hehe.

One fresh product that caught my attention there was... a big tomato!!! Those fresh and look so yummy tomato reminds me when I had a dinner at sushi restaurant in Japan. I ate so many sliced tomato while eating sushi. I have a question on my mind, these tomato were imported from Japan? But I guess those tomato really came from Japan. The price is high but you must try it, the tomato has a rich, fresh, and yummy taste. Just for reminder, tomato is really good for your healthy heart.

Is Papaya Fresh Galery has Japanese sweets? The answer is “sure it is”. Talking about sweets, I was so curious about Baumkuchen. To know about Baumkuchen you can read the article here (https://www.fun-japan.jp/id/Articles/2014/12/17/02/18/ID_20141219-09-Baumkuchen-Nenrinya-sweet). So, I had a big hope that time to found baumkuchen and ... my dream came true! There were so many flavours of Baumkuchen, my favourite flavor available too, green tea!
You can find another sweets that very Japanese here too. Several of it like dorayaki and warabi mochi. I was so happy when found warabi mochi there. I could imagine the chewy texture and yummy taste just from seen it.
