[Fun!Japan Reporter] ShiroKuma, Oishii Deserts Cafe,for Japanese taste lovers. ^~^

I ordered Matcha Cake Parfait ( IDR 39.000 ), and my friend ordered Tasting Plate Soft Cream, Matcha Cake, and Shiratama Anko ( IDR 32.000 ).

I’m a Matcha lover, because by consuming matcha, can lose weight, hehe ^^. Actually Matcha is Japanese vocabulary, it’s mean powder tea, powder green tea. Usually matcha is using when tea ceremony in Japan.

At Cafe Shirokuma, the most dominant menu made from matcha, because of this I’m very happy invited by my friend for the tasting dessert in this cafe ^^.

Menu that I have ordered really made me satisfied, because in one glass, the top is Matcha ice cream and matcha cake, the ice cream is very soft, and the Matcha taste from the ice cream it’s not too bitter, the taste it’s very suitable, and the Matcha cake made me satisfied , so that my body be strong for activity until the night, the taste for cake also very suitable, not to bitter and any a little sweet taste.  And then, for the bottom is Azuki beans or Red beans, Red beans also many benefit, between is  increase the body’s energy and healthy digestion, besides Red beans there is also Matcha jelly, when ate the Matcha jelly, there is a cool sensation and feels cold in the throat, that’s very, very delicious, next in the middle of ice cream there is corn flakes, generally for breakfast. You can imagine aren’t you ? very healthy and very satisfied in the cafe Shirokuma dessert menu ^^.

Guests on Sunday is very crowded,many Jakarta teenagers  hang out in this cafe, and also many parents who brings their children, China’s family and Japan’s family , Matcha is the Asian tastes right ?

The design of the cafe Shirokuma which is located in Grand Indonesia Mall is made children interested, because beside of  reservation counter, there is bus painting  driving by White Bear ( ShiroKuma ), I sat right in front of the painting, but unfortunately I forgot to take a memorable photo in front the White Bear’s Painting ^~^.

Actually my friend it’s not a Matcha lovers, but she very like culinary Japan, so she also want to try this matcha dessert menu, she is even commented that ice cream in this cafe shirokuma very delicious and refresh. The service is also friendly and quick, waiters and waitress are very excited welcome customers.

The first location cafe shirokuma located on Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta, but now already available at the Mall Grand Indonesia, it’s short distance from my home ( I live in Bekasi ), xixi ^^, so, can more often to hang out here, I will invite my friends to come here.
