Well, it is a popular pasta dish from Japan with tomato ketchup.
I’ll show you how to make it.
It is super easy and really tasty.
Ingredients:
Pasta
Onion
Green pepper
Eggplant
Zucchini
Garlic
Fish sausage
Ketchup
Worcester sauce
Salt
Papper

In traditional recipes, normally uses bacon or sausage, but I used this fish sausage instead.
Fish sausage is very popular in Japan that looks like sausage but it is made from minced fish.

Instruction:
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Throw as much as spaghetti as you want to eat.
2. While the spaghetti is cooking in the pot, make the sauce. Put some olive oil into a saucepan and put it over medium-high heat. Add sliced garlic. Cut vegetables into bite size pieces. Add them into a pan and cook, stirring occasionally until vegetables are golden brown.
3. Add sliced fish sausage and cook until lightly browned. Stir in ketchup, worcester sauce, salt and pepper. Also put some boiling water from cooking pasta.
4. Add cooked pasta to saucepan and toss in sauce to coat. Cook until pasta is warmed through.
Put a fried egg on top if you want to make it look fancier.
Sprinkle some parmesan cheese.

Besides, these ingredients I introduced today, you can put pretty much any vegetables such as carrots, mushroom and even potatoes.
