Rinkaen: a Japanese Restaurant near Sankeien Garden in Yokohama

"Rinkaen" is a restaurant owned by Hara Sankei's offspring who established the garden of Sankeien. During the Muromachi period, the restaurant was a Japanese home. You can look at the Sankei family's instruments and garden while you taste Japanese cuisine. Rinkaen's specialty food is "Sankei Soba," a tiny udon bowl produced without soup. It was created by Sankei and there is no use of buckwheat flour. Sankei, who was an epicure, has invented a range of dishes that are handed over to today's generation.
