Aloha Table

Popular among locals and tourists, Aloha Table restaurant brings the taste of Hawaii to Japan. They are known for their premium Loco Mono and Tuna and Avocado Poke Bowls which start at around 1,000 yen and easily satisfy any appetite!

Aloha Table is open from 11:00am until 11:30pm but it can get very crowded around the afternoon, so if you go, make sure to avoid the rush by getting there early, or going just before dinner. Reservations are available, so if you want to make sure you’ll get a seat without worrying about the crowds, make sure to call in advance!

Located right next to Daikanyama station is the Blu Jam Café, which offers a very extensive vegan menu that is popular for vegetarians and vegans, as well as meat and fish dishes that range from sandwiches, tacos, and mouthwatering burgers!

Along with their many dishes, they also serve a wide variety of drinks, which includes their signature Crème Brulee Latte for only 800 yen. Closed every Tuesday, they hope from 8:00am in the morning until 9:00pm in the evening.

The Slice

Located in the back alleys between Daikanyama and Shibuya, The Slice opened early in the 2010’s to awaiting fans looking for a genuine slice of New York style pizza. Each pizza is made from handmade dough at the restaurant every day, which guarantees the freshest taste!

The shop is very modern, with plenty of seats for customers, though it can get very busy during lunch time and dinner. They do take reservations though, so if you have a big group, it’s advised to reserve ahead of time!

Spring Valley Brewery

Opening its doors to the public in 2015, Spring Valley Brewery is a great place for those looking to explore the world of craft beer and to try a farm to table experience with their selection of dishes.

They have a variety of meat dishes, pizza, salads, and more available, so you can try a little of everything with your meal. Open from 8:00am until 12:00am (midnight) from Monday to Saturday and from 8:00am until 10:00pm on Sunday, it’s a great place to enjoy a classy dinner.

If you ever wanted to experience the world of Japanese cuisine for a reasonable price, then you need not look further than SOSO in Daikanyama. This traditional Japanese restaurant offers many dishes that tantalize your taste buds with a mix of traditional sweets, and foods reminiscent of old Japan.

For lunch, they offer a couple set meals of either rice or Somen noodles that start at 700 yen up to 950 yen depending on your choice. For dinner, they offer a variety of dishes, but we recommend the mini kaiseki, where you can try a 6 item course and travel through the world of Japanese cuisine for only 2,800 yen!
