“ALBA” is one of the many casual watch brands which has been developed by Seiko watch. There is now a new collaboration watch series with Studio Ghibli which has been released by ALBA and is excellent for women. Today we are going to introduce all four models, such as “My Neighbor Totoro” and “Majyo no Takkyubin” (Kiki’s Delivery Service), as well as the limited product to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the “My Neighbor Totoro” movie!
"My Neighbor Totoro" Model

The Totoro model has been drawn with a casual and kind aesthetic under the clock face, creating an impressive image (refer to photo). Another model (pictured) has Totoro and several small flowers decorated throughout the clock face. It is so cute, and yet it has a high-class elegance which means it isn’t too childish for an adult. The strap has three colors for choice: light brown, navy, beige and yellow brown. The clock face comes in white, navy white and cream color. Select the model depending on your cuteness and style preference! There is an image of “My Neighbor Totoro” drawn on the back cover of the watch and on the back part of the watch strap (pictured). "My Neighbor Totoro" 30th Anniversary Memorial Limited Edition

As part of a limited-edition series to commemorate the 30th anniversary of “My Neighbor Totoro”, only 1,000 items have been produced for each model of this kind. At the bottom of the clock face, there is a Totoro peeping face with a four-leaf clover and a stereoscopic flower garden. Makkurokuro floats at the 3 o’clock on the clock face! Flowers adorn the back side of the strap, while a special 30th anniversary letter and a serial number are scribed on the back cover of the wrist watch. The watch evokes a warm and special feeling.
"Majyo no Takkyubin”(Kiki's Delivery Service) model

“Majyo no Takkyubin” (Kiki’s Delivery Service) is another of Ghibli’s popular products. Jiji the black cat is drawn by illustration and looks high class and refined so as to not look too childish for an adult. Jiji, Jeff and the bird cage are drawn on the back side of the watch band, whilst Kiki’s ribbon adorns the surface of the watch band. The watch band is available in four colors: dark brown, navy, brown, and beige pink. The clock face is also available in four colors: pink, navy, cream and white.
The wrist watch expresses the world view of Ghibli. This model, which is beautifully decorated even on the band and on the back of the watch face, fulfills the desire of the woman who thinks that “even as an adult, I want to be immersed in the world of the Ghibli forever!”.
