Do grocery stores sell corn year round in your country? Corn is only available during the summer in Japan. Add one more ingredient and you have an easy to make snack that's ready in just 15 minutes!
- 4 pieces sliced cheese
- 1 ear corn
- Boil the ear of corn with husk intact.
- After corn is boiled, remove husk and cut corn off the cob starting at the stem.
- Place halved (triangle shaped) cheese slices on baking sheet and sprinkle pieces of corn on top of the cheese slices.
- Bake in oven.
- Serve on dish and garnish with parsley or a garnish of your choice to complete the dish.
